These wonderful substances have been used in Europe for a long time. In France they have even been used to treat war wounds when they have run out of medicines. Essential oils most commonly used are:
Eucalyptus: For its antiseptic properties, it is recommended for cleaning the air when there are sick people at home. Put a few droplets in a simmer to desinfect the rooms. Rosemary: Used to relieve headaches, treat cellulite, dandruff, and hair loss. This is another oil that stimulates the brain and improves memory.
