My five-year-old son asked me the other day, “Mommy, why do germs exist if they are so bad?”

Watercress Tonic to Cleanse the Liver
Pour two cups of boiling water over a small handful of fresh watercress. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Strain and you can add a bit of powdered ginger if you’d like. Drink warm several times a day for a week.
Another Tonic to Cleanse and Stimulate the Liver
I personally do not like beets, but they are excellent for the health of the liver. Take a cup of beet juice daily for a week to stimulate and cleanse the liver.
