Alfalfa – This plant is a good remedy for allergies. It relieves the burning of the eyes and the nasal flow.
Apple cider vinegar for hay fever - Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. Drink three times a day for four days. The allergies will disappear for the season.
Radish juice to get rid of mucus – 1 cup of water, 1 dash of lime juice, 1 dash of radish juice, 4 tablespoons vinegar. Stir everything and take 4 times a day for five days.
The omega-3 fatty acids are also useful to combat allergies.
Nettle - Nettle is an antihistamine that works quickly. The best way to use it is in capsules. You can take 500mg three times a day.
Quail eggs – Eat for breakfast.
Quercetin – Quercetin is the pigment that gives color to grapes and green tea. Nettle also contains it so if you are using this plant, do not use the quercetin. The recommended dose is one capsule of 500mg twice daily. You can also find quercetin in onions and garlic so it is a good idea to add them to your meals in good quantities.
