Teas That Relieve Allergies
Basil Tea - Place an ounce of dried basil leaves in a quart container and fill with boiling water. Close tightly and let it cool. Apply the solution over hives and other rashes.
Rooibos tea - Rooibos tea is a natural antihistamine that does not make you sleepy or drowsy.
Green tea – Recent studies have found that green tea contains a substance that could help fight allergies.
Dr. Jarvis’s Miracle Tea – Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and two of honey to your favorite tea (or rooibos tea for a better effect.) Take a glass daily.
Acupressure Points and Qigong to Relieve Allergies

Qigong is a branch of Chinese Traditional Medicine and can help to relieve allergies. Using you thumbs, massage in a circle starting between the eyebrows and going towards the nose and down under the eyes. Repeat with the other side of the thumbs going the opposite direction.
